All templates, presets, LUTs, sound packs, and other assets available on VistaElements are provided free of charge under a personal and commercial use license with the following conditions:
- You may use the assets in personal and commercial YouTube videos, social media content, and client projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the assets as your own — even for free.
- You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original templates.
- Credit to VistaElements is appreciated but not required.
2. No Warranty
All assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VistaElements is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of its assets in your projects.
3. Third-Party Software
Some templates require Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other third-party software. You are responsible for obtaining valid licenses for any software required to use our assets.
4. Advertising
This website displays advertisements via Google AdSense and Monetag. A short waiting period before download is presented to support free hosting of these assets. This is our only source of revenue to keep the site running.
5. Changes
VistaElements reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
